Integrity, honesty and correctness are the necessary factors that have accompanied Iterchimica SpA since the beginning.
Two important documents were inspired by these fundamental principles, useful for establishing the rules and good standards to follow for daily respect for human values and the environment that welcomes us:
- Code of Ethics, where ethical commitments and responsibilities are expressed in the context of the activities carried out towards customers and in the context of internal activities of the company.
- Quality and Environment Policy, a set of behaviors and procedures aimed at continuous improvement for correct management of Quality and the Environment.
Specifically, the Code of Ethics is an Appendix to the Organisational, Controlled Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 of ITERCHIMICA SpA
However, our Organization adopts this Code of Ethics, above all as a charter of moral rights and duties, with a view to social responsibility, which must inspire, without any exception, all members of the Organization itself (managers, employees, consultants, partners, suppliers) in both internal and external relationships and for the realization of the Mission.
Il Code of Ethics it is to be considered primarily a useful tool for preserving the value and integrity of the company over time.
It is a set of positive principles and rules of behavior that our Organization has voluntarily chosen to adopt and make public as a concrete expression of its intentions towards its stakeholders. The Code of Ethics not only describes what the members of the Organization can or cannot do, but also aims to identify the resources useful for dealing with particular situations in the workplace.
