The resource will be included in the LEGAL&HR team for support activities to the Head of Legal Affairs & HR. Specifically, it will carry out the following support activities:

– Analysis of applicable national and sector legislation;

– Contracts, such as letters of intent, commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements, consultancy contracts, framework and supply agreements;

– Extrajudicial and judicial litigation;

– company IP;

– Disciplinary proceedings and in-depth analysis of labor law issues;

– Protection of personal data;

– Procurement;

– Legal opinions.


- Bachelor's degree in law;

– Profitable forensic practice;

– Good knowledge of civil law, commercial law and labor law;

– Good communication and interpersonal skills, concreteness, flexibility and analytical ability;

- Good knowledge of the English language.
