Iterchimica supports Transfigured by Anri Sala โ€“ GAMeC, Bergamo

The road of art: a path that Iterchimica wanted to undertake to enhance the territory of Bergamo, in which it has its roots, and to support the main forms of cultural, artistic and musical expression that animate and enliven the lives of its inhabitants.

From 10 June to 16 October the Gallery of Modern and Contemporary Art, GAMeC, returns to inhabit the Palazzo della Ragione, a historic building in the city of Bergamo dating back to the 12th century which divides Piazza Vecchia from Piazza del Duomo, in the Upper Town.

The Palace will host the exhibition of Henri Sala, the famous artist of Albanian origins (Tirana, 1974). Starting from his most recent audio-visual installation, Time No Longer, the artist activates an intense dialogue with the iconic Sala delle Capriate.
Reaffirming an already tested operational method, Sala interpreted the architectural context of the Palazzo della Ragione "not as a simple container, but as an active organ".

Iterchimica is pleased to announce that it will be a supporting partner of the exhibition which not only enhances the Bergamo area, in particular the Upper Town, but presents visitors with an innovative, engaging exhibition, capable of arousing contrasting emotions in those who observe it.

Below are the times of the exhibition:
Tuesday-Friday: 11am-00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 10am-00pm
Monday closed

Entrance to the Palazzo della Ragione is free.
