L'Eco di Bergamo dedicates an article to the first cycle path with green asphalt created by the Province

The new cycle/pedestrian path that connects the Romano di Lombardia station with the ISS Rubini technical and professional institute and the two locations of the Don Lorenzo Milani high school is nearing completion.

The cycle path, approximately 250 meters long, was built with 100% recycled asphalt: in fact, our regenerator Iterlene ACF 1000 HP Green was used which allows the recovery of materials from old pavements.

The environmental savings achieved are notable: 12,47 tonnes of CO2eq were eliminated, saving 46 thousand kWh of energy consumption. Furthermore, the work carried out saved 240 tonnes of raw materials and 11 tonnes of bitumen.
