Iterchimica’s attention is also focused on particularly valuable contexts and their integration with the surrounding landscape. One example is undoubtedly the upgrading of the Lungomare del Poetto in Cagliari, where it was possible to replace the traditional bitumen with a mixture of two-component synthetic resins. In fact, the resins allow to replace the bituminous binder in the mix and they can be coloured with pigments of any tone. The result is a cycle-pedestrian pavement with bright tones and perfectly integrated with the nearby beach.
