From September 30 to October 2, we will sponsor the seventh edition of the International Symposium on Life-Cycle Assessment for Pavements and Bridges (RoadLCA), which will take place in Palermo, Sicily, at the Aula Magna of the Department of Engineering of the University of Palermo.
The conference, organized by SMARTI Lab together with the Department of Engineering and the Center for Sustainability and Ecological Transition of the University of Palermo, aims to foster international cooperation on topics related to the growing importance of sustainability and decarbonization in the road infrastructure construction sector.
Scientists, engineers, and industry from around the world will explore a variety of themes, including the life cycle of road pavements and bridges, the implementation of industry practices, and new development opportunities.
