The second phase of the Gipave® trial begins in Kent

After the first tests gave positive results, the testing of Gipave® continues in Kent. 

In fact, GW Highways (in collaboration with Iterchimica e tarmac) undertook further trials on behalf of the Kent County Council, with the aim of demonstrating the effectiveness of Gipave in terms of reducing environmental impacts and providing data that helps support investments towards greener and more lasting solutions.

David Brazier, Kent County Council's cabinet member for highways and transport said: “This marks the beginning of the second phase of testing the use of this material on our roads. If successful, we will also reduce the impact of CO2eq emissions. related to road maintenance and will contribute to the goal of bringing the County's operations to zero emissions by 2030."
