Graphene-based polymer supermodifier and recycled plastics gipave

The polymer supermodifier gipave is composed of graphene, specific additives, and recycled hard plastics that, through a new patented selection and recycling process, are reintroduced into the production cycle. Thanks to the properties of graphene, gipave® modifies and improves mechanical strength and complex modulus, reduces deformation, and improves fatigue behavior due to repeated loading. This solution contributes to a substantial increase in the pavement's service life compared to both traditional PmB (Polymer-modified Bitumen) technology and structurally modified mixtures using the "Dry" method. In 2023, gipave obtained the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD). This declaration transparently reports objective, comparable, and third-party-verified data on the environmental performance of products and services from a life cycle perspective. PSV Certificate.
