Milan, 11 June 2015 Iterchimica – international leading company in the field of additives for asphalt – announces the entry as shareholder of Engineer Vito Gamberale, who is appointed
Chairman of the Board.
Iterchimica S.r.l. was founded in 1967 by Gabriele Giannattasio, who is now leading the company with his son Alessandro and his doughters Mariella and Federica. Iterchimica involved Eng. Gamberale, who sees in the market of additives for asphalt an important and necessary innovation to increase safety, efficiency, sustainability and savings in the transportation sector.
Eng. Gamberale has taken a minority stake in the company and is preparing to lead the further development of the company to affirm its position among the leading players in the specific market of additives for asphalt.
