In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24 of 2023, concerning the protection of persons who report violations of Union law and national legislation, and of Legislative Decree 231 of 2001 on the liability of legal entities, we have adopted a reporting management system, even anonymously.
We guarantee the receipt, analysis and processing of reports forwarded by anyone, stakeholders, people of the Iterchimica SpA company and all those, both natural and legal persons, who work to achieve the objectives of the Iterchimica SpA company, (each within the scope of their functions and responsibilities) and other third parties, even in a confidential or anonymous form. These are reports concerning behavior carried out by people of the Iterchimica SpA company in violation of Union law, the Code of Ethics, laws, regulations, provisions of the Authorities, internal regulations and Model 231.
Maximum confidentiality is guaranteed on the subjects and facts reported, as well as the anonymity of the whistleblowers, so that whoever makes the report is not subject to any form of retaliation.
This channel is considered preferential and suitable for guaranteeing, using IT methods, the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter.
